SIMPACK is general-purpose multi-body simulation (MBS) software used for dynamic analysis of any mechanical or mechatronic system. It allows engineers to create and solve virtual 3D models to predict and visualize motion, forces, and stresses.
SIMPACK is primarily used in the automotive industry, engines, HiL/SiL, powertrains, railways, and wind energy, but can be applied to any mechanical engineering industry.
SIMPACK simulation software is particularly well suited for analyzing high-frequency transient processes, even in the acoustic range. SIMPACK was primarily developed to work with complex nonlinear models with flexible bodies and rigid impact contact.
